Ombre Cowl

This pattern from Freia Fibers really pops using their Ombre Sport Yarn! A quick and easy summer project! Ombre Sport yarn is hand dyed with long, rich color striations that do not repeat.
Choose from the 24 beautiful ombre shades.

Completed Cowl Measures: 6" x 41" circumference
You will need:
1 skein Freia Fibers Ombre Sport Yarn, shown in Melon Ombre
 Size US 6 circular 16" needles
 Finishing needle

Cast on 210 stitches, join in round being careful not to twist stitches. Place stitch marker.
Rounds 1-5 *Knit 5, purl 5. Repeat from * to * around.
Rounds 6-10 *Purl 5, knit 5. Repeat from * to * around.
Repeat Rounds 1-10 another 6 times.

Bind off and weave in yarn ends. Block lightly.
Gauge: 22 sts to 4" in basket weave pattern
