The Cowl to Keep (or Gift) for the Season!

Yummy yarn...yummy colors...quick knitting. You can make a bunch of these great cowls from the Tahki Yarns Pattern...keep one and gift the rest!



SIZE One size
MATERIALS
3 balls Tahki Yarns TAOS 95% wool, 5% acrylic (1.75oz/50g; 60yds/55m) in color #04 autumn.
One size 11 (8mm) circular needle, 24”/60cm long OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE.
Stitch marker
Yarn needle


KNITTED MEASUREMENTS
Circumference 29”/73.5 cm
Height 12”/30.5 cm
GAUGE
13 sts and 16 rnds = 4”/10 cm in k1,
p1 rib
TAKE TIME TO CHECK GAUGE
PATTERN STITCHES
K1, p1 rib (multiple of 2 sts)
COWL
Cast on 94 sts; place marker and join to work in the round, taking care not to twist sts.
(RS) Begin k1, p1 rib; work until piece measures 12” from beg.
Bind off all sts in rib. Weave in ends.
