I-CORD:
Using double-pointed needles, cast on required number of sts. Knit across. *Slip sts to opposite end of needle without turning and holding yarn in back, knit across; repeat from * until I-Cord is desired length.

CollarWith RS facing, beg in first st beyond Seed st border of Panel 1, pick up and knit 68 (72, 78, 84) sts across rem unsewn edge of Panel 1 and first 13 (14, 15, 16)" of Panel 2.
Work in Seed st for 7".
Bind off in pattern.
Buttonloop (make 2)
Using dpns, cast on 4 sts. Make an I-cord 10" long.Bind off.

Mark for 2 Buttonloops along unsewn bind-off edge of Panel 2. Fold Buttonloops in half and sew ends where marked on schematic.

Ringo is a thick-and-thin yarn constructed as a series of linked chains – some links are thick and others thin. Cast on is worked by picking up a loop of one of the chain links. Knit sts are worked by inserting RH needle into stitch on LH needle and from back to front on designated thick or thin chain on yarn strand (1 or 2 loops of chain as indicated by pattern) through st on needle. Whenever a st is formed by picking up 2 loops,
