Still Settling In...

I'm still moving into my new place, but don't fear, I've been knitting at night. I finished that Noro vest I mentioned before and I made a pair of fingeless gloves for that reverse stitch hat from the Blue Sky pattern. I also made a few diamond shaped scarves for head wraps for this heat in light novelty yarns.

Look for pics in a few weeks...

Piece of Sky Scarf

Thanks to Rennie at www.materialwhirled.com ,I received the bluest yarn with pieces of sky spun right into the yarn. Of course, I had to make a scarf to show off all the colors of blue.

Shag Scarf

Hi All,
This is a scarf pattern from one of my favorite books: Knitting New Scarves by Lynne Barr. I used a wool tweed.

It's knit in one continuous thread!

Knitting fun & fast!

Hi All,

I wanted to start a blog on knitting quick projects. I'm always on the go or multitasking at home. So, what I like to knit the most are quick projects. Now don't get me wrong, I do knit the occasional sweater, but I like fast fun projects... hats, scarves, ponchos, bags. I also felt alot of my projects.

I'm always looking for hip, funky patterns that are fun and fast.

Share your cool knitting accesories too!
