A Wrap for All Seasons

This wrap knitted with pastel colors is great for all seasons: in fall wear it with grays or browns, in spring...pastels are always right. This Caron Yarn pattern looks complicated but it's so easy...

MATERIALS
NaturallyCaron.com Spa(75% Microdenier Acrylic/25% Rayon from bamboo; 3oz/85g, 251yds/230m):
0008 Misty Taupe (A): 2 balls
#0002 Coral Lipstick (B): 2 balls

One pair size U.S. 6 (4mm) needles orsize to obtain gauge
One size H-8 (5 mm) crochet hook
Stitch marker
Yarn needle
SIZE
Approximately 18”/46cm wide and 60”/152.5cm long


GAUGE
26 sts and 28 rows = 4”/10cm

NOTE
Gauge is not critical for this project

WRAP
Using A, CO 104 sts.
Row 1 (RS): Knit.
Row 2: Purl.
Row 3: Using B, k1, *sl 1 purlwise, k3; rep from * to the last 2 sts, sl 1, k1.
Row 4: Using B, p1, *sl 1 purlwise, p3; rep from * to last 2 sts, sl 1, p1.
Rows 5-6: Using A, rep Rows 1-2.
Row 7: Using B k3, *sl 1, k3; rep from * to end of row.
Row 8: Using B, p3, *sl 1, p3; rep from * to end of row.
Rows 9-10: Rep Rows 7-8.
Rep Rows 1-10 until wrap measures approximately 60”, ending with a WS row.

FINISHING
Border: With RS facing, using A and crochet hook, single crochet (sc) evenly along sides and ends of wrap working 3
sc in each corner. Mark beg of round. Work 2 more rnds sc in same manner. Fasten off.,
Using yarn needle, weave in yarn ends.
