Looped Shoulder Wrap

This wrap is made with Trendsetter Bamboo Yarn, it has a soft silky feel and a sheen that is great for night out on the town!

MATERIALS
• 4 3≤oz/100g skeins (each approx 250yd/229m) of Mondial/Trendsetter Yarns
Bamboo (bamboo)
• One pair size 5 (3.75mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• Size F/5 (3.75mm) crochet hook
• 2 Stitch markers

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• Length 74"/188cm
•Width 7≤"/19cm

GAUGE
• 20 sts and 28 rows over St st = 4"/10cm using size 5 needles.
TAKE TIME TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE.

STITCH GLOSSARY
Stockinette stitch
Row 1 (RS) Knit.
Row 2 Purl.
Reverse Stockinette stitch
Row 1 (RS) Purl.
Row 2 Knit.

SCARF
With size 5 needle and Bamboo, cast on 36 sts.
Next row (RS) Knit.
Next row (WS) K1 (selvage st), p34, k1 (selvage st).
Cont in St st with selvage sts until piece measures 73"/185cm from cast-on row, end with a RS row.
Turning ridge
Next row (WS) Knit across.
Next row (RS) K1, p34, k1.
Cont in rev St st with selvage sts until piece measures 73"/185cm from turning ridge, end with a RS row.
Bind off.
FINISHING
Fold scarf in half at turning ridge.Working along one side of folded scarf, place a marker through both thicknesses at 3"/7.5cm from turning ridge, another marker at 57"/144.5cm from turning ridge. Sew lengthwise seam between markers. Leave other side of scarf unsewn. Carefully block pieces to prevent rolling. Beg at first seam marker and work 2 rows of sc around 6"/15cm opening. Beg at other seam marker and work 2 rows of sc around entire edge of
scarf. Remove markers.
