You will see a lot of the slouchy hat in the fall season. Here's an easy pattern to get you started...
SIZE: One Size
Finished Circumference About 19 in. (48.5 cm). Hat will stretch to fit a range of sizes.
Finished Length About 8 (10, 12) in. (20.5 (25.5, 30.5) cm)
MATERIALS
• 822-174 Lion Brand Alpine Wool: Olive 1 Ball
• Double-Pointed Needles - Size 10
• Stitch Markers
• Large-Eye Blunt Needles
• Circular knitting needle size 10 (6 mm), 16 in. (40.5 cm) long
GAUGE:
13 sts = 4 in. (10 cm) in St st worked in the rnd (k every rnd). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you less stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
